That moment when a woman says, “My Turn!” Look out. She’s embarking on a new adventure, redefining what excites her in life, and then going for it.

Maybe we all arrive at that point one day, or hope we do.

We at are there — exploring options we never knew we had, creating adventure in our days. But how does a woman begin this journey at this wise juncture in life? Here’s a pithy quote from Katherine Hepburn that might be a clue:

“…We are taught you must blame your father, your sisters, your brothers, the school, the teachers — you can blame anyone, but never blame yourself. It’s never your fault. But it is ALWAYS your fault because if you wanted to change, you’re the one who has got to change. It’s as simple as that, isn’t it?” — Katherine Hepburn

Maybe not simple, but we can do it. Change is possible, and exciting. It usually begins with finding your desires, your joy. What makes you sparkle?

Here’s a blog by Dawn Kaiser that might inspire you to begin your adventure: Create Your Own Bucket List of Joy.
